Life Coaching for 1 session
Sometimes we are just curious, we feel that we don`t want to commit, we just would like to try something new, we would like to see if the approach offered is working or not. Perhaps we only have one particular question, “problem”, “issue” or decision to make, which may be fulfilled by 1 session. Multiple Life Coaching sessions, length based on agreement
There are certain topics and areas which cannot be completed in 1 session, especially if we would like to make a lasting change, therefore if you are ready to commit at least for a minimum of 3 sessions, a commitment towards yourself to create change and transformation in your life, then this service is right for you.

2 Months MBSR/Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course
In this 8 weeks course, within a small group setting, you can experience and benefit the following:

- Learning to regulate your emotions and developing emotional intelligence
- Learn to recognize your stress reactions and transform to creatively respond to it and reduce the affect of stress
- Building and the ability to bounce back quicker and easier in difficult situations

- Improving decision making abilities
- Transforming your relationship with time
- Achieving heightened self-confidence and assertiveness
The course includes:
- 8 x 2 hours group sessions

This is an evidence based course, developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979. Mindfulness is about intentionally being in the present moment, focusing and bringing our attention back to the present purposefully with kindness and compassion.
What is the reason for it? Just think about for a second, most of our miseries are coming from the experience that our attention is either in the past or in the future; we either bring up memories which are good, so we might feel sad that is not here and now, or we might bring up memories which are unpleasant, then playing it over and over again. The same applied to the future, which has not happened yet.
So try stopping for a moment and notice, becoming aware of what is happening in this moment. How your resistance to notice the present moment affects the next moment of your life?
