We are in a journey of life together, I believe that we are all able to support each other and learn from each other, which sometimes can be pleasant or unpleasant. I`m here to support you at some stage in your life, when you perhaps need someone to show you another perspective, a different point of view about yourself and your place here for the benefit of a more fulfilling life in the present and in the future.

Life Coaching for 1 session

Sometimes we only have one particular question, “problem”, “issue” or decision to make, which may be fulfilled by 1 session. Perhaps, you are just curious, feel that you don`t want to commit and just would like to try something new, would like to see if the approach offered is working or not.

So if you feel that this service is right for you, please contact me to arrange a session with me.

Price: £75.00 per session

Multiple Life Coaching sessions, length based on agreement

There are certain topics and areas which cannot be completed in 1 session, especially if we would like to make a lasting change, therefore if you are ready to commit at least for a minimum of 3 sessions, a commitment towards yourself to create change and transformation in your life, then this service is right for you.

Price: £65.00 per session

What will you get?

Additionally, besides the points mentioned on the home page, you will get a bespoke and dynamic plan to ensure meeting with your needs. During our discovery call we will find out what service option would fit you the most and which one you feel calling towards. I use a blended, holistic and integral approach, seeing you as a whole living system where mind, body, emotions, feelings, behaviours and spirit is interconnected, therefore I use various techniques, tools and origins to ensure and guarantee to do my best to provide the possibility for a transformational and long lasting change in your life.

Coaching includes:

  • 1-2-1 sessions, through the agreed channel, which may be phone, video call, face to face, walking & coaching
  • Email support if needed between the sessions
  • “homework” between the sessions, which might includes materials such as written, voice or video files


2 Months MBSR/Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course

In this 8 weeks course, within a small group setting, you can experience and benefit the following:

  • Increasing positive emotions
  • Learning to regulate your emotions and developing emotional intelligence
  • Learn to recognize your stress reactions and transform to creatively respond to it and reduce the affect of stress
  • Building resilience, the ability to bounce back quicker and easier in difficult situations
  • Creating and increasing capacity of focus, attention and creativity
  • Open up possibilities & choices
  • Improving decision making abilities
  • Transforming your relationship with time
  • Achieving heightened self-confidence and assertiveness

The course includes:

  • 8 x 2 hours virtual group sessions
  • PDF Handbook and receiving all the materials needed including recording
  • Half Day Retreat (might involve additional cost, depending on venues)
  • Certificate of Attendance

This is an evidence based course, developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979. Mindfulness is about intentionally being in the present moment, focusing and bringing our attention back to the present purposefully with kindness and compassion.

What is the reason for it? Just think for a second, most of our miseries are coming from the experience that our attention is either in the past or in the future; we either bring up memories which are good, so we might feel sad that is not here and now, or we might bring up memories which are unpleasant, then playing it over and over again. The same applies to the future, which has not happened yet.

So try stopping for a moment and notice, becoming aware of what is happening in this moment. How your resistance to notice the present moment as it is, affects the next moment of your life?
